Halibut Update & 2 More Saturday Spots!

First I have to say I’m very sorry I have misplaced my camera cord and will have to post the pictures from this weekend later – but I do have an update on how the opener went!

We weren’t able to get out there on Thursday and Friday because of high winds and some big surf, but both boths made it out with full loads on Saturday. Though the bite was a little slow, both boats made it back with limits for all plus crew fish. No huge ‘buts this weekend, but several good ones in the 40’s. Not too shabby when less than 20% of the folks on board had ever been halibut fishing before!

THIS SATURDAY May 19th we have 2 spots available together on one boat due to a cancelation. Boats leave at 6am, check in is at 5:30. Boats will return by 6pm or when limits have been caught. Please call the office if you want to claim your spot! 541-265-6800

Looking forward to more good fishing this Thursday-Saturday!
