The Crackerjack went out yesterday looking for Salmon and found them.  We had to travel an hour to get there.  Once we started fishing the fish kept coming at a steady pace.  We were able to keep 8 hatchery fish and had to let 16 natives go.  We also had lots of others on that just decided to spit the hook out.

The fish are getting bigger with the average size being about ten pounds with some much bigger fish having to be released.

Hopefully the water will warm up a bit so we can fish for them closer.
